WATCH: Teddy Bridgewater throws first TD as a member of the Jets

New York Jets quarterback Teddy Bridgewater is out here attempting to prove that he’s a starter caliber quarterback after having thrown two regular season passes since the 2015 season.

In his initial drive as a member of the Jets, the former Minnesota Vikings first-round pick led his team down the field on a 10-play, 47-yard drive. It culminated in this 16-yard touchdown strike to new Jets running back Isaiah Crowell.

Certainly, Crowell did most of the work there. In fact, he took it 16 yards after the catch for the score. Even then, it’s great to see Bridgewater have success in his first preseason action of the year.

Bridgewater completed 4-of-5 passes for 37 yards on the touchdown-scoring drive.
