Ted Ginn Jr. made his presence known early on Sunday to spark an early lead for the Carolina Panthers over the Arizona Cardinals in the NFC Championship Game.

After breaking off a huge 32-yard gain on a punt return to set up the Panthers in excellent field position, Ginn finished off the drive with a rushing score.

Here he is taking a jet sweep to the right all the way back across the field to score a touchdown on the right side, thanks to a sweet cutback and some excellent blocking.

The score put the Panthers up 10-0 with just over four-and-a-half minutes left in the first quarter, putting immediate pressure on the Cardinals to answer.
