WATCH: Stephen Curry dunks for first time this season

Stephen Curry

It’s only taken 68 games, ladies and gentlemen, for Stephen Curry to register his first dunk of the 2016-17 season, and he did it against none other than the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Curry got the opportunity early in the game, down by two points when he broke away from the pack on a steal after a poor pass by Russell Westbrook.

With nobody around him, rather than settle in for a three-point attempt like we’ve seen him do countless times in the past, he pushed his way into the paint, rose up and threw it down with two hands.

Incredibly, per Marc Stein of ESPN, this was Curry’s first dunk of the season after he managed seven during the previous campaign.
