The city of Toronto and entire country of Canada celebrated through the early morning hours after the Raptors upset the Golden State Warriors in this year’s NBA Finals.

It represents the first ever title for both the Raptors and the country of Canada. Fans deserved to celebrate the monumental occasion, even if if came with some liquid courage.

For this one unnamed Raptors fan, the celebration took an unfortunate turn. Just check out the result of him attempting to climb a pole while celebrating the title.

For men the world over, the end of this clip might very well force you to your knees.

We have to hope that alcohol relieved the burn. Maybe the dude was numb. It’s the only way to overcome what we saw in that video.

Pro tip. Don’t climb a pole is there’s a street sign right under your baby makers.
