Just when it looked like USC was going to gain some momentum late in the second quarter, Oregon cornerback Mykael Wright stole it back.
Kedon Slovis had just made it a one-score game after throwing a touchdown to Michael Pittman Jr. Then on the kickoff, with just 20 seconds left in the second quarter, Wright romped 100 yard to the house for six points.
After the extra point went through the uprights, Oregon once more had a two-score lead, 28-17, which held up heading into halftime.
