WATCH: Mississippi Sate mascot ‘Bully’ gets hit on sideline

Bully hit on sideline

Vasha Hunt-USA TODAY Sports

During the first quarter of Saturday night’s game between Mississippi State and Auburn, Bulldogs mascot “Bully” was in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Auburn running back JaTarvious Whitlow was running down the right sideline and was shoved out of bounds after scoring a touchdown. Then, he accidentally tumbled right into Bully, who responded the way you’d expect.

Thankfully, it looked like Bully was okay after that exchange. Unfortunately, that play was a microcosm of how this game has gone for the Bulldogs in general, as Auburn is running away with the victory.
