WATCH: Marshon Lattimore with an absolutely insane INT

New Orleans Saints cornerback Marshon Lattimore

If you’re not taking New Orleans Saints cornerback Marshon Lattimore seriously as a potential Defensive Player of the Year candidate, we’re not too sure what to tell you.

Like he has done pretty much every game this season, the rookie made an absolutely dazzling play against Matt Ryan and the Atlanta Falcons in a huge NFC South battle on Christmas Eve.

Just check it out. You have to see it to believe it.

How Lattimore came away with that interception is something to be left up to the world’s greatest minds and butt doctors. That’s a thing, right?

We’ll just go ahead and give him mad props for being able to control the ball before it hit the ground.

The interception came late in the second quarter with Atlanta down 6-0. And just a few plays later, Drew Brees hit Ted Ginn on a long touchdown to give the Saints a 13-0 lead heading into the half.

New Orleans is hoping to clinch the NFC South on Sunday. Meanwhile, Atlanta can earn a trip to the playoffs with a win in one of its final two games. As of right now, it’s surely looking much better for New Orleans, who has Lattimore to thank for it.
