Well that wasn’t the welcome home party Jamaal Charles was hoping for in his return trip to Arrowhead Monday night after being released by his old club this offseason.
The Kansas City Chiefs scored an early touchdown of the defensive variety when cornerback Marcus Peters pulled off a hat trick. He stripped Charles, recovered the fumble and rumbled into the end zone for six points.

This touchdown put the Chiefs up by 7-0 with most of the first quarter yet to be played.
