WATCH: Manny Machado responds to heckler at Dodger Stadium

The Los Angeles Dodgers and San Diego Padres are in the midst of a four-game series to conclude the first half of the MLB season.

The first game on the 4th of July saw Los Angeles come out on top by the score of 5-1. It now boasts an eye-opening 60-29 record.

Despite this, new Padres infielder Manny Machado seems to think his team will win a World Series before the Dodgers.

Just check out Machado responding to a heckler during Thursday night’s game.

As we are sure you know, Machado played part of last season with the Dodgers after being traded by the Baltimore Orioles.

While Los Angeles would go on to the World Series, Machado struggled big time. He hit just .182 in a five-game series loss to the Boston Red Sox.

Machado’s Padres might be a talented young team, but they don’t yet compare to the division-rival Dodgers. Any talk of San Diego winning a title before Los Angeles is just insane.
