WATCH: Malcolm Jenkins responds to POTUS snub with series of hand-written signs

There was a huge gathering of media assembled in the locker room of the Philadelphia Eagles on Wednesday, as everyone wanted to hear what the players had to say about President Donald Trump’s recent decision to cancel the team’s scheduled White House visit.

One of the players who’s been at the forefront of the NFL’s social justice movement is Malcolm Jenkins, who issued a thoughtful statement in response to the snub on Tuesday.

On Wednesday, with the media throng gathered around him, Jenkins refused to speak. Instead, he used a series of signs to communicate with the media.

Here’s a video of this exchange.

Highlighting all the good things that his teammates and other NFL players have done to back up their stance regarding social justice issues, Jenkins sent a strong message with this series of hand-written signs.
