It was a mismatch waiting to happen. The three-win Golden State Warriors headed into Wednesday’s game against the Mavericks in Dallas with eight healthy players. Their starting lineup for the game left so much to be desired.

Meanwhile, Mavericks star Luka Doncic was coming off a rare 40-point triple-double and has been the NBA’s best player thus far.

What followed was complete and utter domination. Doncic dropped 22 points, grabbed five rebounds and dished out five assists. That’s a good stat line for an entire game. Doncic did it in one quarter en route to helping Dallas to a 44-16 lead.

Check out these absolutely ridiculous highlights from a career-best quarter from Doncic.

Yeah, the dude is pretty darn legit. Meanwhile, the Warriors’ season of tanking is now taking on a whole new level.
