It stayed tied until the sixth. Betts led off with a double and came home on Muncy’s double to make it 3-2.

Pollock led off the seventh with a home run off of reliever Mychal Givens, his 13th of the year, to make it 4-2. Betts reached on a double to the gap in right-center field but jogged into second base. He immediately left the game and Gavin Lux came on as a pinch runner.
