Kony Ealy just recorded the first interception of his career in grand style, picking off Peyton Manning with a one-handed snag in the second quarter of Super Bowl 50.

What a pick it was. That’s not bad for anyone, let alone a big man like Ealy, who’s certainly not accustomed to catching passes.

He earned himself a high-profile fan for the play, too.

While the interception led to a three-and-out from the Panthers, it was a huge play in the game. After a Mike Tolbert fumble halted a Carolina drive, the Broncos had already worked their way into field goal range and stood poised to add to their lead.

In the final minutes of the first half, he Broncos still lead 13-7 in Super Bowl 50.
