WATCH: Kentucky ties TAMU in fourth quarter on Kellen Mond fumble recovery TD

Just when it looked like Texas A&M was going to hand Kentucky its first loss of the season, Kellen Mond fumbled the ball away, leading to a Wildcats touchdown.

This pivotal play occurred late in the fourth quarter with just over four minutes left in the game.

Mond was taking a snap under center, which he’s not used to doing, and bobbled the snap a bit. Then, his concentration already off due to that exchange, he was not prepared for the pressure Kentucky brought.

Darius West scooped up the fumble after Mond put the ball on the ground and romped 40 yards for the game-tying score.

West also intercepted Mond earlier in the game, and the Kentucky defense has been active all night long keeping the team afloat as Benny Snell Jr. and Co. struggled on offense.
