One of the reasons the Cleveland Browns are known as the Factory of Sadness is that the franchise has been unable to get the quarterback position right. All-Pro left tackle Joe Thomas has been around for 18 starting quarterbacks in his 10-year career. And wouldn’t you know it, he can list them all.
Though, it took some doing.
Can you name all the QBs who have started for the Browns over the last decade? Joe Thomas, the guy who’s protected all 18, gave it a shot. pic.twitter.com/7dlnHxezlt

That’s pretty amazing, folks. To be put on the spot like that and have the wherewithal to come through in the clutch, not leaving a single guy unaccounted for, is something most people would struggle with.
What’s even more remarkable to this scribe is that Joe Thomas has, quite recently, admitted he suffers from some memory loss that may or may not be related to playing football.
On a different note, Browns fans might be reluctant to hope for it. But DeShone Kizer looks like he might finally break through as a long-term answer for the embattled franchise.
