WATCH: Jared Goff throws first career TD

It took 12 weeks, but Jared Goff is finally on the board. In his second career start, 2016’s No. 1 pick threw his first career touchdown pass in the first quarter against the New Orleans Saints.

The Los Angeles Rams rookie connected with Tavon Austin for the score.

Not only was this Goff’s career touchdown pass, but it’s Austin’s first touchdown reception in more than a month.

Goff was solid throughout the opening drive, going 3-of-4 passing for 72 yards.
