Bulldogs players got a bit amped when Georgia recovered the ball following an apparent Clyde Edwards-Helaire fumble in the first quarter Saturday.
They were so pumped about the apparent turnover that a poor defensive coach ended up getting flattened during the celebration on the field.
Adding insult to injury, Georgia did not, in fact, get to keep the ball. Upon review, it was determined that Edwards-Helaire’s elbow hit the ground before the ball came out.
