Most NFL players, especially at the running back position, retire long before their age-37 season. In the case of New York Jets running back Frank Gore, he defies Father Time with incredible workouts to prepare for another year on the gridiron.
Gore signed with the Jets this offseason, bringing joy to the NFL world with the news that he’d be returning for his 16th season. Since he’s not hanging up his cleats despite already having an iconic career, Gore is busy training for the 2020 NFL season.
While he might be one of the NFL’s oldest players and has taken thousands of hits in his career, Gore keeps defying Father Time as his latest workout demonstrates.
It’s ridiculous what this future Hall of Famer can do even as he nears the age of 40. He is training with athletes in their prime and still impressing everyone with his quickness. Le’Veon Bell better watch out or Gore might just surprise everyone with a big role this year.
