Derrius Guice shows off speed running as rehab continues

Washington rookie running back Derrius Guice

Derrius Guice is just months into his rehab after tearing his ACL last year as a rookie running back for the Washington Redskins. But based on a video he shared on Twitter Wednesday morning, his recovery is coming along very nicely.

Guice was a second-round pick out of LSU and Washington had some high hopes for him before his ACL tear in August of 2018. It’s not yet known if he’ll be a full go for training camp, but what we’re seeing so far suggests his recovery is optimal.

Washington could be bringing Adrian Peterson back for the 2019 season. Doing so would allow Guice to come back without feeling any pressure whatsoever.
