Danny Amendola can pass the ball. The Houston Texans found this out the hard way on Thursday, when he hit Kenyan Drake on a 28-yard touchdown pass.
Amendola took a backwards pass from Brock Osweiler. With the Houston defense converging on him, Amendola pulled up and lobbed the ball to Drake, hitting him perfectly in stride for a Miami Dolphins touchdown.

It was Drake’s second touchdown of the game. The first came in the first quarter on a 12-yard touchdown run. It was Amendola’s first pass since 2015. He’s now 2-for-2 on his career.
