The Minnesota Vikings are righting the ship at home against the Arizona Cardinals after losing four straight games. Already up by three points to open the second half, they went up by 10 in a flash thanks to a tremendous kickoff return touchdown by Cordarrelle Patterson.

Minnesota’s blocking on this play was stellar. At the same time, Arizona’s coverage unit was not in great position to begin with — something we’ve seen all too often this year.
The 104-yard touchdown gave the Vikings a 27-17 lead after new kicker Kai Forbath — hired after the team cut Blair Walsh — banged in the extra point.
