The Kansas City Chiefs appear to be hitting their stride at the exact right time. That included this bomb from reigning NFL MVP Patrick Mahomes against the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday.
It also included this brilliant 84-yard touchdown run from Damien Williams in the third quarter to put Kansas City up 24-14.
What an absolutely ridiculous run. Williams broke multiple tackles near the line of scrimmage, turning up field with all the green in front of him.
Hilariously, Tyreek Hill attempted to catch up to Williams. To no avail.
With a win over the Chargers and a Patriots loss to Miami in Week 17, the Chiefs will earn a first-round bye. It’s looking pretty good right now.
