Houston Astros shortstop Carlos Correa delivered the heroics with a walk-off blast in Game 2 of the ALCS. The star shortstop came through again in Game 4 with a home run that silenced Yankee Stadium and might put the Yankees away for good.

Correa stepped to the plate with two runners on and a 3-1 lead in the fifth inning. He knew he just powered Houston to a five-run lead the moment the ball left his bat.

As Correa celebrated going around the bases, Yankee Stadium fell silent with the growing sense of the team’s postseason fate nearing. Houston turned to its No. 3 starter against New York’s No. 1 pitcher and is now on the verge of a 3-1 series lead heading into Game 5.

Given the Astros will be turning to Justin Verlander, the likely AL Cy Young Award recipient, the Yankees are in grave danger of their 2019 season coming to an end.
