Buffalo Bills kicker Dan Carpenter missed an extra point on Sunday, and he was rightfully upset about it.
Showing his frustration on the sideline, Carpenter slammed his helmet onto the ground. We’ve seen this 1,000 times before, so this wasn’t surprising.
What was surprising, and completely hilarious, is what happened next.
Just watch.
Maybe Carpenter will leave the helmet slamming to the big boys like Tom Brady and Johnny Manziel. It sure seems like the football gods have deemed such activities perilous for mere kickers.
As a result of the missed extra point, the Bills went up 13-0 over their hated rival New York Jets instead of 14-0, early in the second quarter.
