Down by 11 points at the half, Baker Mayfield and the Oklahoma Sooners needed a spark to open the second half against Kansas State. Starting out at their own 20-yard line, the Sooners methodically marched down the field on a seven-play drive that ended with a brilliant score by the quarterback.

Another productive run for him, too. pic.twitter.com/CRCjO0jNvy

After review, the officials determined Mayfield did, in fact, get the ball across the goal line.

As usual, the score was accompanied by a big show of emotion, because Mayfield wears his on his sleeve at all times. And just like that, the Sooners were only four points down with most of the second half yet to play.
