Sometimes in moments where there is little to celebrate, players have to find something that gives them a reason to find joy. That’s exactly what Bethune-Cookman’s 5-foot-4 punter Uriel Hernandez did on Saturday.
Despite trailing 38-3 against Nebraska, the senior punter went wild after he pinned a beautiful punt inside the five-yard line. Hernandez immediately went wild, pumping his fist, celebrating with a coach and shooting an arrow into the sky.
A lot of don't-see-this-often material here:
1. 4th-and-goal from the 39-yard-line
2. 5-foot-4 kicker-turned-punter
3. Reax, tons of reax, despite trailing 38-3
It's a fun game, and Uriel Hernandez is enjoying it. pic.twitter.com/68Bwv4nuoM

Pretty much everything has gone wrong for his team in this game, even in the sequences leading up to the punt on 4th-and-goal from the 39-yard line. Yet after his excellent punt, Hernandez made sure to celebrate his moment of excellence.
This is what makes college football great. A 5-foot-4 punter becoming beloved around the country for his spirit and celebration style.
