It was an ugly scene in the first half of the Indiana Pacers’ game against the Toronto Raptors on Wednesday. Star Pacers guard Victor Oladipo went down in an attempt to chase down a fast-break.
The end result was Oladipo falling to the ground and withering in pain. Almost immediately, the All-Star was stretchered off the court with a knee injury.
Now comes this report from ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski noting that Oladipo suffered a season-ending knee injury and will undergo surgery.
Preliminary exam has left Pacers with fear that Victor Oladipo has suffered a season-ending knee injury that will require surgery, league sources tell ESPN. He will undergo an MRI on Thursday.

That’s such a devastating injury for one of the game’s best young players. Oladipo had Indiana right in the thick of the Eastern Conference title race prior to suffering said injury.
Following the events in Indiana Wednesday, NBA players took to social media to wish Oladipo the best. We certainly join them in that thinking. Get well soon, Vic.
