Conor McGregor‘s return to the octagon is still over a month away, and the ticket market is already reflecting just how much demand exists for his comeback.

Early sales for UFC 329, which takes place July 11 at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas during UFC International Fight Week, show seats going for as much as $24,600 through AXS. The cheapest seat currently available costs $1,822 before taxes and fees are added.

Third-row seats near the octagon are commanding the highest prices at that $24,600 mark, with fourth-row seats on the opposite side listed at $15,990 each. A small number of floor seats remain available, with the cheapest of those priced just over $7,300. Upper deck options are sitting below $2,000, though availability across the board has been shrinking rapidly since pre-sales opened this past week.

VIP packages through OnLocation — the event planning arm of TKO Group Holdings — have moved even faster. The top-tier Elite package, which included front-row floor seats, has already sold out. The second-tier Rising Star package is also gone, with six weeks still remaining before the event. Remaining VIP options start at $8,000 and $13,500 per person.

McGregor’s return comes after a five-year absence from competition following a broken leg sustained at UFC 264 in July 2021. He faces Max Holloway in a welterweight bout — a division debut for Holloway — in what marks a rematch of their August 2013 featherweight bout, which McGregor won by unanimous decision early in both men’s UFC careers.

The co-main event features Paddy Pimblett vs. Benoit Saint Denis at lightweight, with Cory Sandhagen vs. Mario Bautista and Robert Whittaker vs. Nikita Krylov also on the main card.
