Kansas City Chiefs superstar receiver Tyreek Hill was taken to the locker room in the first quarter of Sunday’s game against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Hill had been tackled hard on his right shoulder by Jalen Ramsey, and he rode into the locker room in the front seat of a cart.

Here’s the play in which Hill suffered his apparent shoulder injury.

The Chiefs just signed Hill to a massive contract extension. He caught 87 passes for 1,479 yards and 12 touchdowns last year. Needless to say, he’s an important player for Kansas City.

However, it’s worth pointing out that the Chiefs are thriving even without Hill in Sunday’s game.
