Sometimes preseason football can be very cruel. Washington Redskins rookie running back Derrius Guice, earlier thought to have a sprained MCL, was just diagnosed with a torn ACL.
Unfortunately, this puts an end to his rookie season. Guice has since tweeted out on his misfortune and the love and support he is receiving from his fans is overwhelming.
We here also wish Guice, who was having a remarkable training camp, a fast recovery.
