Things did not go according to plan for Tiger Woods on the first hole of the U.S. Open. After watching the early starters get hammered by Shinnecock Hills, the three-time U.S. Open champ promptly made a triple-bogey on the first hole.
Things started well enough for Tiger. He hit the fairway with his tee shot.
Things went south from there.
Twitter was well aware of Tiger’s struggles.
The good news is that he left plenty of room to improve.
