Twitter reacts to potentially the worst NFL ‘penalty’ you’ll ever see

During Saturday’s preseason game between the Jacksonville Jaguars and Minnesota Vikings, linebacker Antwione Williams was hit with perhaps the worst penalty we’ve ever seen.

He had a clean run at Jaguars quarterback Cody Kessler but actually went in clean, hitting Kessler right in the midsection without leading his head. It really was textbook.

Yet Williams was hit with a 15-yard roughing the passer penalty.

NFL fans, who are already going crazy over the new lowering-the-helmet rule, went nuts after this call was made.

Yeah, I don’t like that, either.
