The New York Mets on the road on Tuesday night, taking on the Washington Nationals. Let’s just say that the Nats aren’t being gracious hosts.
In fact, the Washington offense was so prolific on Tuesday that it did something we haven’t seen in seven years, nearly to the date.

Poor Mets. They just can’t seem to catch a break these days. The Nats, meanwhile, earned a great deal of criticism for their lack of trade deadline activity. But one game in, things are looking okay.
