Blake Bortles had a pretty nice season in 2017 and really stepped up his game during the playoffs, but on Saturday he was back to his old tricks with a brutal interception.
During the first quarter, Bortles threw said interception right to safety Harrison Smith, who is only the best in the business. He never saw Smith and threw the ball right between the numbers.

It was an extremely ugly play by the veteran quarterback and former No. 3 overall pick, who actually got lucky on another pass that was NOT intercepted. Twitter had some reactions, to nobody’s surprise.
Watching Blake Bortles now do Blake Bortles things. Never ever confuse Jalen Ramsey of having common sense or take him serious.

Blake Bortles is bad. Like, stare-down-your-initial-read-in-your-progression-and-still-throw-it-with-a-defender-right-in-that-zone-for-an-interception bad.

Here we go, Blake Bortles being Blake Bortles again. A near interception the last drive followed by an actual interception this time around and the defense has to bail him out again.
