Twitter reacts, fans leave as Louisville gets steamrolled by Georgia Tech

The Louisville Cardinals are currently hosting the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets. And depending on your perspective, they’re either doing a fantastic job at it or failing miserably.

After just one quarter of play, Georgia Tech already had built up a 21-0 lead over the home team. The Cardinals couldn’t stop the Yellow Jackets whatsoever, having given up 162 rushing yards in the game’s first 15 minutes.

It’s really a sad situation how far this program has fallen in such a short period of time. Last year with Lamar Jackson keeping the Cardinals in most games, they at least had a pulse. Right now, this team just doesn’t seem to have much life whatsoever.

Twitter users everywhere seem to agree with that sentiment.

Fans at the stadium weren’t having it, either.

It sure is looking like the Cardinals will drop to 2-4 after this game is over. And it’s hard to imagine Bobby Petrino will last a heck of a lot longer if this team continues to tumble into the abyss.
