Wednesday was a big day for Houston Astros shortstop Carlos Correa. Minutes after winning the World Series, Correa proposed to his girlfriend in a postgame interview.
Fortunately for Correa, she said yes, making his night even better.

Now that Correa proposed at a ballpark, nobody ever is allowed to again. Sorry, those are the rules.

Of course, it did lead to one natural follow up question.
Wait, what was Carlos Correa going to do if the Astros lost?

Fortunately for Correa, we’ll never have to find out.
Congratulations to Correa on what has to be the best night of his young life.
