At this point, Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes may set an NFL record every week. The 23-year-old continued his stretch of historic dominance in Week 3 against the San Francisco 49ers.
Following a touchdown strike to Sammy Watkins in the second quarter, Mahomes’ third touchdown of the game, Kansas City’s star quarterback set the NFL record with 13 touchdown passes in the first three games of a season.
History.@PatrickMahomes5 just tossed his 13th TD of the season, passing Peyton Manning (12 in 2013) for the most passing TDs in a team's first three games of the season in NFL History.

Mahomes continues to dominate with each throw and new record-setting moment. Twitter continues to celebrate as a star rises even more in Kansas City.
The season is 2 1/2 games old, and Pat Mahomes is halfway to Alex Smith's 2017 touchdown pass total.

I don’t know what to say about the Chiefs’ offense. It’s unstoppable. Mahomes looks like a stud. Andy Reid is a legend. Everything seems to be working well. Even Chris Conley is scoring. In terms of possible range of outcomes, they’re at the peak.

Patrick Mahomes has 13 TD passes in 10 quarters.
Marcus Mariota and Jacoby Brissett each threw 13 TD passes in 15 games last season.

The real question. How did Patrick Mahomes figure out how to turn the difficulty level down on the NFL like he is playing Madden?
