Tom Brady had his normal press conference scheduled for Wednesday. But the New England Patriots announced that the quarterback will not be available, citing Brady meeting with the Patriots’ medical team.
Tom Brady is with our medical staff and will not be available to the media today.

Mike Reiss of ESPN also noted that Brady will be on the team’s injury report.
While it seems concerning (especially for those of you cheering for New England on Sunday), it’s not rare. As a matter of fact, Ryan Hannable of WEEI noted that this has happened on multiple occasions this season.
Tom Brady hasn't spoken on multiple Wednesday's this season likely because he was getting treatment. A good guess is team had to make that formal announcement because of amount of coverage (live on NFL Network, etc.).

Additionally, Brady on the injury report is nothing new. The Patriots are usually not bashful about putting players on the injured list. It’s a good way to keep the opponent guessing.
