Tennessee Titans wide receiver A.J. Brown was designated to return from injured reserve on Monday.

Brown has not played since Week 11 because of a chest injury. While he technically remains on IR, Brown now can return to practice, while his designation opens a 21-day window to be activated to the 53-man roster.

The Titans also designated defensive back Chris Jackson to return from IR, while rookie cornerback Elijah Molden was placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list.

The Titans are 9-5 and could use the help at wideout as they try to lock down the AFC South title. They have a one-game lead on the Indianapolis Colts with three games remaining, two of which are at home.

Wide receiver Julio Jones was activated from the IR earlier this month in advance of a 20-0 victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars but continues to deal with a hamstring injury.

Jones had four catches against the Jaguars but did not have any in a 19-13 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday while playing 27 offensive snaps. He did not see action in the second half.

In 10 games this season, all starts, Brown has 46 receptions for 615 yards and three touchdowns. Jackson has 31 tackles with four passes defended in nine games (three starts).
