Tommy Fleetwood knows a thing or two about good golf. When Thursday’s round at the Tour Championship was over, he was quite impressed with Tiger Woods.
Fleetwood was good on Thursday, shooting a one-under 69 to sit four back of the lead. But he wasn’t as good as the man he was paired with. Tiger shot a 65 to take a share of the lead after the first round. Following the round, Fleetwood, who was playing with Woods, summed up what he saw with one succinct tweet.
