Team Vitality top FaZe at BLAST Premier Fall Final

As part of it, the college also has introduced its first varsity esports team featuring 19 players for three different games.

Team Vitality swept FaZe Clan to win the final of the BLAST Premier Fall Final 2023 on Sunday in Copenhagen.

Vitality earned $200,000 and an automatic entry into the World Final in Abu Dhabi next month.

The team opened the best-of-three Counter-Strike 2 final with a 13-3 win on Vertigo. FaZe jumped out to a 7-5 lead on Nuke, but Vitality rebounded to take a 13-11 victory and the match.

Shahar “flameZ” Shushan of Israel led the way for Vitality with 35 kills and a plus-11 kills-to-death differential. Teammate Mathieu “ZywOo” Herbaut had 31 kills and a plus-10 differential.

For Vitality, this is their fourth Counter-Strike trophy this year.

FaZe earned $85,000 for its second-place finish.
