Scottie Pippen, Michael Jordan reunion is everything

The stars of today’s NBA will always be looking to live up to the success that former Chicago Bulls teammates Scottie Pippen and Michael Jordan shared with that team in the 1990’s.

You see it every year. The nation’s best basketball player being compared to Jordan as he makes his ascension into the NBA.

For those star players that act as a second-fiddle to their teams’ top dog, that comparison is always drawn to Pippen.

Jordan and Pippen won six titles together in an eight-year span with the Bulls, earning a combined 21 All-Star appearances together.

The two met up briefly in Miami during the Charlotte Hornets Game 7 outing against the Heat with Pippen surprising the current Hornets owner.

It was amazing.

A bromance born decades ago, now reigniting a flame that had gone out over the years.

Unfortunately for Jordan, the day didn’t end so well after his former partner-in-crime surprised him. Charlotte fell to Miami by 33 points in the game and is now going fishing for the remainder of the spring.
