Saquon Barkley could very well find himself one of the newest members of the Cleveland Browns when the 2018 NFL Draft takes place in April. And based on his comments Thursday, he’s most definitely excited about that possibility.
Barkley said the Browns are “a couple pieces away” and that he would love to be a part of helping the franchise turn things around. He said the Browns have a good team and is eager to participate in building a legacy.

Cleveland currently owns the No. 1 and No. 4 overall picks in the first round of the upcoming draft. General manager John Dorsey told reporters on Thursday that he’s open to trading the top pick, so at this point we have no idea what things will look like in April.
Barkley is undeniably a special talent. He’s a freak athlete who has elite speed, can catch the ball like a receiver and who can dominate on special teams, too. If he does end up in Cleveland, he’ll certainly be a key player right out of the gate in 2018.
