This was an accident however. The 30-year-old outfielder hit Brewers’ shortstop Jean Segura in his head with a practice swing in the dugout.
Segura exited game, which means even though this was a practice swing, damage was done.
I’m basically writing this to give you a heads up. Braun didn’t exactly overshadow that hate towards Donald Sterling today, but I can guarantee it doesn’t help his situation at all.
