After missing 14 games earlier this season, Houston Rockets guard Chris Paul is once again injured. Paul left Wednesday’s loss to the Los Angeles Lakers with what’s being described as a left adductor strain.
Paul is now set to miss Friday’s game against his former Los Angeles Clippers squad with said injury.

It’s not yet known how long Paul might be out of action. And these injuries are somewhat tricky. What we do know is that the Rockets are nearly untouchable with him in the lineup.
In fact, Wednesday’s loss to the Lakers — Houston’s first in 15 games — represented the first time this team has fallen with Paul in the lineup all season. It was 15-0 prior to that.
Paul is averaging 17.1 points and 9.0 assists while shooting at a 48 percent clip from the field on the season.
