The Las Vegas Raiders continued their offseason spending spree, agreeing to a two-year, $32 million contract extension for wide receiver Hunter Renfrow.

The contract contains a reported $21 million in guaranteed money. He initially was signed to a four-year, $2.83 million rookie deal after the Raiders selected him in the fifth round of the 2019 NFL Draft.

Since then, Renfrow has played in 46 NFL games (19 starts), catching 208 passes for 2,299 yards with 15 touchdowns. He set career highs in 2021 with 103 receptions for 1,038 yards and nine TDs.

Only Pro Football Hall of Fame member Tim Brown had more catches in a season in Raiders history, hauling in 104 in 1997.

Renfrow, 26, was selected to the Pro Bowl in 2021.

Earlier this offseason, the Raiders committed more than $400 million in contracts to four players: quarterback Derek Carr, three years, $121.5 million; wide receiver Davante Adams, five years, $140 million; defensive end Maxx Crosby, four years, $98.98 million; and outside linebacker Chandler Jones, three years, $51 million.

The Raiders, 10-7 last season, open play in 2022 on Sept. 11 against the AFC West division rival Los Angeles Chargers.
