The Minnesota Vikings will interview Giants assistant head coach and defensive coordinator Patrick Graham for their head coaching vacancy this weekend, the New York Daily News reported Friday.
Graham has a virtual interview scheduled on Saturday, per the report.
Graham, 43, interviewed for the Giants’ head coaching job Wednesday and for the Pittsburgh Steelers’ defensive coordinator position Thursday.
Working under former head coach Joe Judge, Graham’s unit finished 12th in the NFL in total defense in 2020 and 21st in 2021.
Before joining the Giants’ staff for a second time (also 2016-17), Graham was the Miami Dolphins’ defensive coordinator in 2019 and coached with the Green Bay Packers (2018) and New England Patriots (2009-15).
The Vikings parted ways with head coach Mike Zimmer on Jan. 10 following an 8-9 season.
