Report: Redskins re-sign Pro Bowl LB Zach Brown

After losing multiple key contributors on both sides of the ball, the Washington Redskins are keeping one of their own. According to JP Finlay of NBC Sports Washington, the Skins have re-signed former Pro Bowl linebacker Zach Brown.

According to NFL Media’s Ian Rapoport, the deal is said to be worth up to $24 million for three seasons.

Brown, 28, came over to the Redskins this past season after earning a Pro Bowl nod with the Buffalo Bills back in 2016. He would go on to record 127 tackles, two passes defended and 2.5 sacks in 13 games (all starts).

A former second-round pick of the Titans back in 2012, Brown has remained one of the most underrated linebackers in the game. He’ll now continue what has been an impressive career into a second season with the Redskins.
