LiAngelo Ball will reportedly sign with the Oklahoma City Thunder’s G League team, the Oklahoma City Blue, via waiver claim, per Shams Charania of The Athletic.

Ball, 21, is the brother of New Orleans Pelicans star Lonzo Ball and projected top-3 pick in the coming 2020 NBA Draft, LaMelo Ball.

The middle Ball son is best known for his role in a shoplifting arrest in China as a member of the UCLA Bruins in 2017. He has since played pro basketball with Prienai of the Lithuanian Basketball League, the Los Angeles Ballers of the Junior Basketball Association, and most recently as a practice squad player for the Blue, the team he’s signing with now.
