The League of Legends European Championship (LEC) will reopen its Berlin studio for players next week, Dot Esports reported Friday night.

The LEC had to move to online competition at the start of the 2022 Spring Split due to increased cases of COVID-19, but in-person competition is on track to return after just a few weeks away.

Riot Games, which publishes League of Legends and operates the LEC, made the call to bring players back to the studio, though fans and media will not be allowed back in yet, according to the report.
